In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Hisar Metal Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. The date of declaration of financial results will be intimated separately in due course of time. Employees of the Company and/ or their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
