Mangalam Organics has informed that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the nine months and quarter ended December 31, 2019 will be considered and approved in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on or before February 14, 2020. In this connection, it also informed that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from January 1, 2020 till 48 (Forty Eight) Hours from the date on which the said nine months and quarterly unaudited financial results will be communicated to the Stock Exchange.
