Indo National has received approval for exclusive distributorship agreement entered with DORCO Company, a Company organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea having its principal office at Seoul, Korea, for the distribution of Dorco products such as Razor and Razor blade products in India. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2019 has approved the same.
