Megamic Electronics has received approval for transfer of share between Megamic Electronics and SunEdison Infrastructure. As a result, Megamic Electronics has become subsidiary of SunEdison Infrastructure, with effect from December 27, 2019. The Board of Directors of Megamic Electronics at its meeting held on December 27, 2019 has approved the same.

SunEdison Infrastructure has changed its line of business from Aqua Culture to Renewable Power Industry. The company is into trading and EPC Segments.
