Eco Recycling has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st January, 2020 for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Un-Audited Financial Results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019 shall be intimated separately in due course.
