Further in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company’s code of conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from December 31, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the period ended December 31, 2019 (from 31.12.2019 to 01.02.2020).
