NIIT has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2019. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2019 will be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives directly or indirectly are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
