Sabrimala Industries India has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Wednesday, January 01st 2019 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Financial Results for the quarter ending December, 2019 to the stock exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
