PC Jeweller has informed that in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for trading / dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from January 1, 2020 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2019.
