Sterling Tools has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening hours of 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st December, 2019. This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st December, 2019.
