Indian Overseas Bank receives Rs 4360 crore capital infusion from Govt

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has received amount of Rs 4360 crore on January 03, 2020 towards contribution of the Central Government in the preferential allotment of equity shares (Special Securities/Bonds) of the bank during the financial year 2019 - 20 as Government’s investment.

Indian Overseas Bank is a pioneer in many fields - Banking, Insurance and Industry with the twin objectives of specialising in foreign exchange business and overseas banking.
