Based on the confirmation received from Link lntime India, Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company, Kalyani Steels has certified that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, were confirmed (accepted/ rejected) to the depositories and that securities comprised in the said certificates, have been listed on the Stock Exchanges, where the earlier issued securities are listed. It also certified that the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in records as the registered owner within time i.e., 15 days of receipt of certificate of securities.
