Sam Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 74 (5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, the Company enclosed herewith a confirmation certificate received from Ankit Consultancy, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2019, certifying that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participants and the name of the depositories has been submitted in register of members as the registered owner within 15 days. Further, the certificates of securities which were dematerialized are listed on stock Exchange where earlier issued securities were listed.
