Sobha has seen rise in its sales bookings by 4 per cent to Rs 726 crore during the third quarter of this fiscal year on higher volumes despite fall in average price realisation. Sales bookings stood at Rs 698.8 crore in the year-ago period. Total sales volume increased by 17 per cent in the third quarter of this fiscal at 10.66 lakh square feet.
Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
