M&M rides high on logging 22.54% rise in production during December

Mahindra & Mahindra is currently trading at Rs. 525.90, up by 1.70 points or 0.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 524.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 529.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 532.00 and Rs. 523.35 respectively. So far 88248 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 743.00 on 21-Jan-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 502.70 on 11-Dec-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 540.95 and Rs. 520.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 65319.81 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.84% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.27% and 17.90% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has logged a 22.54 per cent rise in production at 33,888 units in December 2019 as against 27,653 units during the same period a year ago. Passenger vehicles' production stood at 15,282 units in the month of December 2019 as against 12,333 units in December 2018, up by 23.91 per cent. Further, commercial vehicles' production stood at 18,606 units in December 2019 as against 15,320 units in December 2018, up by 21.44 per cent.
