DCW has received approval for allotment of sixteenth tranche of 534 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1 lakh aggregating to Rs 5.34 crore on a private placement basis on January 07, 2020. The Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has approved the same.
