Kotak Mahindra Prime, a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank, has filed an application to list Commercial Paper (CP) at BSE for Issue Size of Rs 4,050 crore. Post process, the effective date of listing for the same at BSE is January 09, 2020.
