With reference to the Clarification to email dated January 8, 2020 received from the Exchange, Welspun Enterprises has clarified that there is no event/ information which is required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company which include any price sensitive information.
