NHPC has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISMS 27001:2013 for IT & Communication Division and Data Centre, Corporate Office. The certificate has been awarded by TUV SUD South Asia, a NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) accredited auditing, inspection and certification company. The certification is valid for three years.
The implementation of ISMS 27001:2013 assures Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information Assets.
NHPC is engaged in electric power generation by hydroelectric power plants. The company is also engaged in contracts, project management and consultancy works.
