Velan Hotels has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company has been closed for all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons with effect from 01st January, 2020 and the same will remain closed/ shut till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2019 to the public. The Board Meeting for approving the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2019 will be held on or before 14th February, 2020. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons of the Company have already been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
