Govt increases authorised capital of Indian Overseas Bank

The Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has increased the authorised capital of Indian Overseas Bank from Rs 15000 crore to Rs 25,000 crore.

Indian Overseas Bank is a pioneer in many fields - Banking, Insurance and Industry with the twin objectives of specialising in foreign exchange business and overseas banking.
