Huhtamaki PPL has completed the acquisition of flexible packaging business of Mohan Mutha Polytech located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh on a slump sale basis, in terms of the Business Transfer Agreement dated September 30, 2019 entered by the company with Mohan Mutha Polytech.
Huhtamaki PPL (Formerly: Paper Products) manufactures laminated and coated paper, metallised and polyethylene films, for flexible packaging. The company forayed into value added products like printed labels and cartons, in late nineties.
