Hitech Corporation has suspended operations at Sarigam unit in the state of Gujarat with effect from January 15, 2020, which was being operated largely for part of the production process of another unit. This will reduce overhead cost without material impact on overall turnover, production and sales of the Company. This discontinuation is as part of strategy to rationalise the production facilities towards profitable products and optimise the cost.
