Indian Hotels Company climbs on signing SeleQtions hotel in Uttarakhand

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 143.30, up by 2.05 points or 1.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 140.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 143.70 and Rs. 139.45 respectively. So far 24993 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 164.10 on 26-Jun-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 121.15 on 22-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 143.70 and Rs. 136.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17059.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.11% and 19.80% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a SeleQtions hotel - Pilibhit House in Haridwar in the state of Uttarakhand. This hotel is in partnership with Prasad Heritage. IHCL has five hotels in the state of Uttarakhand, including two under development. Pilibhit House complements the existing religious and leisure circuit with IHCL’s hotels in Corbett and Rishikesh.
