In continuation to letter dated 3rd January 2020, at the ensuing board meeting scheduled on Tuesday, the 4th February 2020, the board may consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the year 2019-20, TVS Motor Company has informed that the Company has fixed February 12, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend, if any. The rate, quantum and date of payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be advised immediately after the board meeting. The trading window closure for dealing in the Company's scrips in this connection has already been notified and intimated to the stock exchanges as per letter dated 3rd January 2020.
