Premier Polyfilm has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, 07th February, 2020 at 11.30 AM at Registered Office of the company at 305, III Floor, Elite House, 36, Community Centre, Kailash Colony Extension, Zamroodpur, New Delhi 110048, to consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019. Further, as per its earlier letter Number PPL/SECT/2019-20 dated 23-12-2019, filed with exchange, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results. Now ,it is intimated that that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st January, 2020 to Sunday, 09th February, 2020.
