CSB Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2020, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2019 subject to a limited review by the Statuary Auditors of the Bank. In continuation of its letter no: B&S/555/2019 dated December 27, 2019, advising about the closure of trading window with effect from January 1, 2020, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed till Thursday, February 6, 2020 for the designated persons and their immediate relatives in terms of Bank’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. This intimation shall also be available on the Bank’s website at www.csb.co.in.
