VST Tillers Tractors has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zetor Tractors a.s., Czech Republic for exploring the joint product development of tractors with horse power of greater than 36 HP (products). On successful joint development of the products, both the parties may enter into a Joint venture agreement for Marketing and Distribution of the same.
VST Tillers Tractors was incorporated in technical collaboration and joint venture with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan for the manufacture of Power Tillers and Diesel Engines.
