Kkalpana Industries (India) has received an approval for incorporating a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the name of Kkalpana Plastic Reprocess Industries Middle east FZE in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, wherein the company would invest AED 175000 in the share capital of the said company and also bear its pre incorporation expenses.The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on January 27, 2020 has considered and approved the same.
