Kirloskar Oil Engines has incorporated private limited company ‘Kirloskar Management Services’. The Company has agreed to subscribe 4.87 lakh equity shares of (Rs 10 each) (19.50%) amounting to Rs 48.75 lakh in the share capital of ‘Kirloskar Management Services’. It has been incorporated on January 27, 2020.
The company has promoted 'Kirloskar Management Services', jointly with Kirloskar Industries, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company liited, G. G. Dandekar Machine Works and Kirloskar Chillers.
Kirloskar Oil Engines was incorporated in 1946. KOEL is the flagship company of the Kirloskar group.
