Corporation Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 7th February 2020, to consider amongst others, the Reviewed Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the third quarter ended on 31st December, 2019. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was informed vide earlier letter no. ISD/323/2019-20 dated 1st January, 2020 that the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank's shares shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2019 for all designated persons of the Bank. This information is furnished in terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) and provision to Regulation 29 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
