DCW has raised funds through allotment of seventeenth tranche of 180 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating to Rs 1.80 crore on a private placement basis. The Committee of Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on January 28, 2020 has allotted the same.
