Chemfab Alkalis has received an approval to invest further Rs 7,85,00,000 in the form of equity subscribing 51,70,000 shares at Rs 10 each and in the form of 0.01% convertible preference shares 26,80,000 at Rs 10 each in its wholly owned subsidiary viz., Chemfab Alkalis Karaikal. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 29, 2020, approved the same.
Chemfab Alkalis is formerly known as Teamec Chlorates.
