In this regard, it also informed that the Company has completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the required documents, through permitted mode, through physical mode and e-mails, on January 30, 2020 including an option to vote through remote electronic voting, seeking approval on the following matters; Increase in Authorised Share Capital and consequent alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the Company (Ordinary Resolution);and Issue of Bonus Shares (Ordinary Resolution).
