Gulf Oil Lubricant India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019 and to consider the declaration of interim dividend for FY2019-20, if any and to decide the record date thereon. Further, pursuant to the intimation to the Stock Exchanges pertaining to the closure of the trading window effective from January 1, 2020 for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code, the closure period shall end 48 hours after the third quarter unaudited financial results are made public on February 11, 2020.
