Insecticides (India) has entered into joint venture (JV) with Otsuka AgriTechno Co (OAT), Japan to set up a new research and development (R&D) Centre at Chopanki (Rajasthan) for new products in the country.
The JV would mainly focus on research and invention of new agricultural chemicals besides managing intellectual property for the products invented in the Research Centre. OAT would provide the technology and know-how of the research and invention methods.
