Centrum Capital’s subsidiary company -- Centrum Housing Finance (CHFL) has signed an agreement to raise Rs 190 crore of equity funds from a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. The fund will acquire a significant minority stake in the Company.
The fund managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia will be the first external institutional investor in CHFL, which is promoted by the company.
Centrum Capital is an investment banking company, which offers a range of financial services in the areas of equity capital market, private equity, corporate finance, project finance and stressed asset resolution.
