Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has achieved total wheel rim sales of 13.45 lakh in January 2020 as against 13.40 lakh in January 2019 representing a growth of 1% YoY. The MoM growth in January 2020 was 13% and its consistent with the company’s forward statement on sustained improvement in sales volumes going into final quarter of the financial year. The volume of January is the highest in FY 19-20.
SSWL is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
