In terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window close period had commenced from 1st January, 2020 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
