SJVN has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th February, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter ending 31st December, 2019 and declaration of ‘Interim Dividend’ for the FY2019-20, if any. Further as per the Company’s internal ‘Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015, the trading window which was closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from 01st January, 2020, shall remain closed till 15th February, 2020.
