KGL/SE/2019-20/JAN/05 dated January 27, 2020 on meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Kitex Garments has informed that aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall also discuss the following: To consider and declare the interim dividend for the financial year 2019-20; the Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company whose name appear on its register of members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares, on Saturday, February 22, 2020 which shall be record date for this purpose.
