United Bank of India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2019.
The bank has reported net profit of Rs 113.56 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 1139.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 4.40% at Rs 2971.38 crore for Q3FY20 as compared Rs 2846.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
The Bank’s gross NPA for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal improved to 15.48%, as compared to 21.27% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 8.56% in Q3FY20.
