Stylam Industries has informed that Honorable Chandigarh Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has conveyed its approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Golden Chem-Tech (The Transferor Company) with Stylam lndustries (The Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders, under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, through its Order dated February 11, 2020. The Order of the National Company Law Tribunal has been uploaded on its website 'www.nclt.gov.in' on February 11 2020. The certified copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme is awaited. The Scheme shall become effective upon filing certified copy of the Order along with the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. A copy of this disclosure is being uploaded on the Company's website at www.stylam.com.
