Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to the previous communication made by the Company regarding setting up of manufacturing facility at Sriperumbudur Taluka near Chennai, CEAT has informed that the Company has commissioned the commercial production at the said Greenfield facility near Chennai with effect from February 12, 2020, which is expected to be ramped up progressively in a phased manner.
