Alchemist has received an approval for slump sale of the Pharma Division of the company, on going concern basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company through postal ballot, statutory and other applicable approvals. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on February 12, 2020, approved the same.
Alchemist is engaged in the business of steel, floriculture, pharma, information technology, food processing and international business. The company also in the business segment of Agri Business, Pharma and Chemicals.
