Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors has fixed Monday, February 24, 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the members to make payment of said interim dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors had commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 12:30 pm.
