Paul Merchants has informed that the Company enclosed the copies of the Newspapers The Financial Express dated 14.02.2020 and Jansatta dated 15.02.2020 in which Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2019 have been published by the Company, pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The said results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on 12.02.2020 and were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 13.02.2020.
