PNC Infratech soars on bagging new Hybrid Annuity Highway Project of Rs 1602 crore

PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 206.85, up by 4.20 points or 2.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 202.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 202.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 214.75 and Rs. 200.20 respectively. So far 52694 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 219.40 on 03-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 126.00 on 28-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 214.75 and Rs. 192.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5310.36 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.53% and 14.40% respectively.

PNC Infratech has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder for a NHAI Project of 70.000 km long Four Laning of Unnao-Lalganj section of NH 232 A from km 0.000 to 70.000 in the state of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP IVB, to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode for a Bid Project Cost of Rs 1602 crore.

Four firms participated in the bidding and the price bids have been opened on February 13, 2020, with PNC's bid being the lowest (L1). The project is to be constructed in 30 months and operated for 15 years post construction. This is the tenth hybrid annuity highway project secured by the company so far.
