SpiceJet’s subsidiary company -- SpiceJet Interactive (SIPL) has now become wholly-owned subsidiary (WoS) of the company with effective from February 14, 2020. SIPL has not commenced its business operations yet. The company has acquired SIPL to achieve operational and management synergy.

SpiceJet is among the first private companies that stepped into the Indian aviation sector.
