East Buildtech has informed that the Companies has received intimations and disclosures from Promoters and Promoter Group Entities in relation to inter se transfer of 4,49,700 Equity Shares of the Company between the Promoters and Promoter Group Entities under Regulation 10 (6) read with Regulation 10 (1) (a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Further, the aggregate shareholding of promoters and promoter group entities before and after the above inter-se transfer remains the same. In this regard, the disclosure under Regulation 10(6) for the above said acquisition in the prescribed format, as submitted by the Acquirer along with Person Acting in Concert is enclosed
